Why no Ruthless though?

20k players per event and 1 month means it's DOA sadly

Trade for endgame gear will not be possible

I'll still play Atlas Invasion I think (if that's a boss in every location thing)

So there's not even an SSF option, nice. I was expecting the events to be half-assed but damn. I'm just gonna check out necropolis, if there's no Arimor I'm out. I've had enough GGG, I didn't pay for all these supporter packs so you can work on a different game and abandon this one.

How do these private leagues work? Could you not just create one just for yourself? Or just invite who you want and stipulate no trading? I apologize, I'm just not aware of how trading even works in a private league.

The problem is the characters' migration at the end of the event. If there's no option for SFF during the event, then your characters won't migrate to ssf-whatever (even if you've been the only player during the time of your private league) and that's a big problem for the people playing ssf exclusively.
It's almost like playing a void event...

GGG - please consider creating a listing post for popular leagues people can join. I get that you already had the structure to create this event through private leagues, but this execution is otherworldly terrible.

Either something similar to what you did for Phrecia or even just a post with invite links. Anything. I wasted my spare time this morning digging in reddit & Discord to try and figure our what league I'll play, what time it starts, etc.

What's worse is that it doesn't even look like there is anything for the event I was looking to play, so I'm trying to figure out plan B.

Couldn't these have just been singular events cooked up as options vs. people having to create a "private" league template???

Thanks for the explanation :). I can see how this can be an issue for any exclusive SSF players. I think I'll try making my own as a pseudo SSF league. In the end I don't really care where the character gets migrated to.

yeah I am not starting a leage at midnight.
