Why even bring mechanics that we have? Only idols/alternative ascendancies are different but we had it in Phrecia so we are done with it...
If you are running events like this bring back mechanics before they have been cooked - affliction ascendancies, sentinel in it's core, powerfull recombs before nerf
These are private leagues that are not like typical league so idols should be craftable because market wont basically exist...

And for gods sake learn that if you want to people have fun and spend fun time you have to make things OVERPOWERED but just make leagues voided and that's all. NO ONE CARES ABOUT STANDARD - get this in your mind

Bringing old leagues would take time, effort and work but you still dont want to do it for POE 1. Again big hit in the face of poe 1 community

If you dont want to put effort or you want to make all work hours for 3.26 you could just have extended Phrecia and that would make a deal. I really dont know who is making decisions in GGG but it's insane mess.

When Chris was in the company he probably wanted that split of work for poe1 and poe2 but now when hes gone and Jonathan took all the responsibility he just throws poe1 to the bin and says "i dont care about poe1 i want my poe2 vision" and no one can change it because he's in top of food chain.

Why even bring such combinations with kalandra when it was called the worst league that ever existed...

Best decision would be to split between Jonathan ( Poe2 ) and Mark ( Poe1 ), create another studio somewhere in the world where you could hire whole team that can take care for poe1/poe2 and just take it from there and run 2 games simultaneously. It would take some time but at the end it would be best option. You cant run 2 such big projects with just one team of devs that are threw from one to another like ping pong balls

No hate but i trully cant see another way out.
Best of luck for all poe devs - you are great but the lidership is probably blinded on vision or just lost and dont know how to lead such big project alone.

When poe 2 patch? When fix atlas ppl cant play maps? Looks like never.

Remember that all these leagues are past nerfs/changes so these are not fun anymore alone but just additive for mapping for 1 year already so it s just another hit in face for poe 1 community that they dont care

Just decide - "you have to wait for 2 months for 3.26 league, just go play different games" or say "we dont care any more about poe1 and we go all in poe2"
