Join Private League Events on May 1st PDT

maybe i am reading impaired, but i thought phrecia ascendancies would be part of this event? why would i want to start settlers yet again with a couple of options that don't change the game in a meaningful way? i'm tired, boss... deflating_balloon_sound.wav

edit: i meant phrecia/idols additively with all the rest for one giga league and not templates

their version control system should have the code, yes, but an old codebase isn't necessarily compatible with newer code and the current infrastructure they operate. you'd have to port it over and it needs to be maintained with every future update. that is not easily done.

Can we at least mix and match? Like, why can't we run Sentinels with Idols + Ascendancies or Kalandra without the Idol system? The little that's left of the community playing the game is gonna be split up anyway, at least let people choose. It can't be that hard.

They could let es download the old version, make an extra server an done. i mean its private league, it dont need to be comatible with the trade side or whatever. no its not that complicated. Other gamedeveloper made separate launcher 4 different versions of the game, and no one complains...

But if you boost gold drops, then I might get my will to play one of these back.

In phrecia gold was scarce... I played in settlers after and even in white t16's i was getting more gold per map than a t17 or juiced t16. I was struggling to use faustus or reombinate without having to run 10 maps every other purchase.. please tell me you've buffed gold drops for real in these PL, especially with just 1 month to play.

its not too late to give us the op sentiel's, everybody else gets mega broken idols we should get sentiel's op too

So here is what's going to happen in the next 2 days.


Some random screamer announces he is going to create a league, shares the link and every noob is going to sign up, because why not it's free and we don't know what other options we have, how big the other options will be and as we all know size is king!
Then the league starts and guess what even if a league reached the 20k limit only a third of the people will show up and everyone everywhere is fucked.

Pity it is spread out too much. Every single of these "leagues" i fear will be ghost towns due to too few players on same mode to trade.
