Why would I need to mention him when talking about the game.

Sadly reddit is no different to every other forum these days but properly moderated forums are a gold mine for developers and players both when it comes to games and keeping personals out of it is part of that.

Jonathan tends to reign him in from time to time and basically goes "but think of the players", which doesn't sit right with me because it always seems so fake when compared to many of his other responses that essentially show the opposite stance. "Players don't know what they want", "[this] isn't fun because you can't see the boss mechanics", "we want items to matter more" while making encounters more skill based, i.e. see Maven, or all the PoE 2 bosses. So many contradictions in his (public) statements.

Let Mark speak. He should be allowed to have more interview time. It often looks like he wants to say something, but then gets interrupted or never allowed to actually say a few words. I always thought Mark isn't the super talkative type, and while I still think that might be the case, I think he just dislikes having to be this hyped up for everything and wants to talk at his own pace. Or maybe he isn't the type for taking the heat. /shrug

The correct answer. Reddit is only usable in the first few weeks of a new league until someone figures out the hidden mechanics under the hood, best builds and how to profit off them. After that it's all "look at my mirrors" and comments stemming out of boredom or trolling.

Got a 14 day ban for just having normal build convo's I get GGG is not involved with reddit. But man, as one of the large communities for the game.

Reddit is an incredibly frustrating experience of a lack of free speech.

I hope the mods don't run off a bunch of new players. They are basically banning anyone with a complex opinion.
