"GGG’s Disgrace: Arrogant Devs Abandon PoE 2 While Game Burns in Bug Hell!"

Bro the only thing that has been abandon at this point is POE 1, you will probably see new hotfixes and patches in the next week or two.
it's the VISION
Just report that dude and let the live go on,... you cannot deal with all these towels.

Either English isn’t your first language or I am an uninitiated boomer. Possibly both.
OP needs therapy and probably medication. I'm not happy with POE2 overall either, but I also understand it's early access, and a new style of ARPG. It hit a good point towards the end of 0.1. The 0.2 nerfs hurt, and crushed a lot of potential build diversity. I don't understand the need to remove unique interactions the community found and forcing us into a specific gameplay loop around how the Dev's intend us to play the character like there is a hidden "build guide" from the Dev's and if you deviate it gets nerfed or removed entirely. Temporalis, Spark, Tempest Flurry, and Herald of Ice/Thunder chaining was too strong, but they didn't nerf them, they took them outback shot them.

Dawn of the Hunt focused on the Huntress, which has a rugged early game but is very strong in the endgame. But I'm afraid Lightning Spear and Twister are in line to get gutted, as Johnathan said it wasn't his intended way to play. He wants the in and out playstyle and Parry to be used. Not clearing screens with only Lightning Spear, or Twisters.

Deadeye is very strong, and so is Warrior. Is everything smooth and polished? No, it's early access, and one good patch has the potential to make it feel good again so I hold out hope.

I'd say the biggest issues right now are:
1. Graphics Driver Crash (devastating for Hardcore, annoying for Softcore)
2. Map Device Fog Bug (hasn't happened to me but it's Game Breaking)
3. Movement Speed still feels bad other than using Rhoa or abusing Whirling Slash
4. Loot feels very unrewarding, sometimes clearing entire T15 maps finding zero Exalted or Chaos Orbs. Requires stacking Rarity on Gear, Rarity only Waystones, Rarity Tablets, and still feels like the 0.1 baseline, which is bad. You shouldn't have to maximize Rarity and super juice a map to increase your drops to the old baseline.

The biggest blow for me personally is that I feel like I don't have an alternative. I don't want to play Last Epoch, I want to play Path of Exile. POE2 is in a bad spot overall currently, and POE1 has been abandoned for almost 6 months. Settlers launched 9 months ago, and there's only so much you can do when you already have 5 characters in multiple Mirrors of Gear. Do I gear a 6th with the hundreds of Divines I have, or play 60+ hours of POE2 to buy 1 "cheap" upgrade. I clear T15 maps on POE2 in under 5 minutes, but it feels bad to clear 2 maps to get 1 Exalted Orb.

If I put loot on a scale from 1-10, with 1 being Ruthless and 10 being currency raining from the skies.
1. POE1 Settlers is a 7
2. POE2 Launch was a 3
3. POE2 End of 0.1 was a 5
4. POE2 0.2 Dawn of the Hunt is a 2

2 feels very bad, 7 feels amazing, 5 was acceptable. If you don't want it to be POE1, at least bring it back to a 5, PLEASE.

All very well thought out.

I agree the loot needs to get buffed and buffed bad. Im almost 90 and not even a greater orb so yeah that says something.
