the game status at the moment is royal crap.

holiday noliday shmoliday, the matter is much more simple, if they only tested the product before release people would not be angry cause there would not be any release.

when lack of care or whatever the reason may have been to release such a crappy product that player base got halved in 2 days after release then speaks volumes. this was not on the holiday, this was 2 DAYS after release, yet they address campaign and endgame is a nonexistent thing that is why every day player base gets nuked as it is getting

I would love some transparency. 2 weeks and already in Burnout ? Damn thoses guys needs cardio

A break from PoE with a chance to clear their heads and just enjoy life might be what the GGG team needs most. If they come back determined to make the game fun and eliminate the pesky things (bugs etc) that make the game annoying, there's a better chance for the game to improve.

Yeah, most of us aren't happy with at least a few things. But honestly bro? STFU.

Friday 18 April = Public Holiday (Good Friday, Easter)
Monday 20 April = Public Holiday (Easter Monday)
Friday 25 April = Public Holiday (ANZAC Day, akin to Memorial Day in the US)

So yeah, let them have a holiday. The 3 working days before ANZAC day are taken off by many in Australia and New Zealand when Easter hits this close to ANZAC Day. There's only another 5 public holidays after that this year, and that includes Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Oh, and last I checked - employees don't have to work on a public holiday, and they'll still get paid for it, or, they can work and they'll get paid time and a half + a day in lieu (paid day off). So it doesn't make much sense.

As for the shitshow that takes up most of the rest of this thread... I'm right on board with Jakker & co. I didn't play PoE1, and only heard about PoE2 around a month before the EA release. But after watching a lot of videos, reading threads, and so forth, and actually reading Jakker's (and other's) posts, it's pretty clear they're on point, and the ones arguing against them - especially the ones splashing around their BA-learned, tryhard lexicon in such a superfluous manner (to appear smart) - are just plain thick, or are incapable of reading anything contrary to their cast-iron opinions about PoE2/GGG (and likely a lot else, too) with out even a modicum of comprehension, or indeed consideration that said cast-iron views may not be as solid as they thought.

Don't waste your time trying to pick me apart, because:

A) I probably won't reply, because I've already spent more than enough time in this thread, and it's pretty clear that any further engagement will go the way it has with Jakker.
B) I'd rip you to pieces, period.

Here's hoping the GGG team fix some of the most pressing issues soon, especially the broken loot! That aside I'm now mostly having a blast with my Bleeding Ritualist ^_^

There is nothing they can fix at this point. It's been 3 weeks since patch and players have already mostly gone and won't be back (if they do) until next league.
The economy is totally run by RMT sites, the price of anything for crafting is being manipulated.

Just seems like an entire waste of time knowing I can't possibly obtain or afford anything.

If you aren't playing lightning spear the constant amount of buttons and combos you need to do to clear maps just get tiresome and just makes me log off.
