There's nothing even close to PoE1, the gem of all

Oh, and the main thing: there we have Loot! 😁

And when I say it, I mean it. It growth with corruption lvl indefinitely. On C500 it rocks.

Also there is no limits, you can push to 5000, 7000.. if you can. Why saying this, cause risk/reward is in the right place there, and not broken like in poe when its often just more punishment and tediness (not even hard, just silly annoyance), but with no reward for it.

Yeah, I know, it wasnt always been so. PoE seen much better days than this current state.

Just admitting this fact.

Agree, POE1 is near perfection.
I still believe that the first 4 acts' experience is undisputed as the best of all ARPGs I've played.
The story, the lore, the characters and even the voice acting (Penny Ashton is really great). Also, I liked how they elevated FFVII's materia system and FFX's skill tree (I loosely seem to recall reading somewhere that the devs said they drew inspiration from that but I might be wrong?).

I haven't played a single game that has been able to top that experience. Regardless of where PoE1 might be now, those first 4 acts will always be a referent in the industry (at least for me).

3) "LE is much better in many ways so far than poe" - name at least 5, please

I"ve played LE

I would love to hear your thoughts about "LE is much better in many ways than PoE". Because that's false even though being subjective

If you reply, I would answer faster, to youre lucky, I checked this thread, when I'm about hit the bed after whole day havin fun in le.

Ok. Quick, le have:

1. Inbuilt bazaar (ingame trade with other players)
2. Inbuilt filter editor (very convenient, simple, and brilliantly implemented)
3. Offline mode.
4. Better crafting system, less rng, more fun.
5. Runs stable as possible (tons of hours and not a cingle crash, while poe do it regularly, even servers crashes, not only client)

There is more.
But anyway..

Ah, and, about cakewalk: story before monos is like acts in poe = tutorial mode, so no wonder. Try corruption 300+ and return to us.. if you can 😁

Aww man i feel like i know this vibe... let's rephrase it then -

LE is a far better game for casuals. Is that what I'm feeling

PoE1 campaign is a cakewalk? Why mostly everyone's playing SC then? Why people are dying within minutes of a start of a new league?

What mode are you playing? :)

So, actually, for like 95% of customers?
Well, I think its awesome! It hits what we like!

Because usually new league stuff in PoE is hugely overtuned in first acts also useless? And not tested for leaguestart without lvling gear?

Also..
We usually start drunk friday nights and havin fun doin stupid things and dying as many as we fall asleep in act1 xD

Also.
Try to die with this..

Aaaand..
For LE:

"Normal monos - white maps in PoE
Empowered monos ( 100 corruption ) - yellow maps in PoE
Higher Corruption - red maps in PoE
Diffrence is u can push corruption forever while in PoE diff of maps ends on T17."

"

Usually sc semi ssf.
More selling than bying ;D

What you said is all fair i guess, but it just points out to the only conclusion - we're just playing a different game, each own's path

But to be fair, think i've died like 2-3 times in the campaign in the past 5 years on league-start. I don't drink nor fall asleep tho lol

I find fun in this game by getting focused 100% on the path, where i just can't make a mistake (die)

The game I'm playing just doesn't have any alternatives, the complex combination of everything that PoE has to offer...there's just nothing else to stand near it

I really, really want this game to continue

Yep, seems so! To me gaming is not serious, its a game, and should suit its purpose of freely doing stupid things in safe for that environment. On my view, games are made for this. And for fun.

And when game stops being so, and starts to be more punishing and prohibitive than rewarding and choice opening — then its not a game anymore.

We have RL for that.

I grew up in harsh north side of the Earth, so a lil mistake there and yore easily ded, for real. No need this in games too 😁

I don't know why but it's just a matter of perspective on how one does see the life (gaming life in our scenario)

Like..when there's "easier mode" or "harder mode" - i will ALWAYS pick the "harder mode". It's just the way i am, for some psychological reason

I guess if we see as "gaming life" as objectively pointless as real life (we're just atoms cluelessly surfing the Cosmos u know) - then I'm trying to fill this void and create "the point" of playing, adding more sense of achievement and stuff like that

If I do something and I know that 100% of others are capable of doing that - I don't see a point
lol, yeah, i'm somewhat weird

Ah, I see.

Seems I`m happy enough to just have fun, because I found this "cosmic point" quite early, and its still serves me well enough!

Wish you`d find it too, just look deeper yoursoul :D
