What are people enjoying?

Game does not favor many new players. It especially does not favor very casual players that are below average in skill. Act 1 should not have bosses that can just one shot you for not having fast reaction times. They need to ease the players into the game and give them a chance. Power progression and fantasy just doesn't exist in this game. This game is made for Elden Ring enjoyers that love slow and tedious combat. ARPG and "souls like" do not mix well. They sold us on a lie, and many including myself are not happy about it.

Just look at this reddit thread where players are concerned about Jonathon's direction with the game. This was 8 months ago... 8 months ago!!!

I love the visuals, art, items, and sound effects though. Gameplay wise? hard pass for me.

I like the art and the music/sounds. Almost everything else is unenjoyable in every way.

There is no way to play an ARPG on max settings, too much crap on the screen, hard to enjoy the graphics in this way. And game sounds just break my concentration. In fact, I am annoyed that most of the time I can't listen to something while playing PoE 2. Deaths are punished very harshly.

Visuals, artstyle, graphics, audio, all fantastic.

Everything else is pretty disappointing.

I feel like they could've done so much less and it would've been better recieved it just made sense.

Like why do we have 200 support gems, 190 of which are borderline useless?

They could've just made unique gems for each ability to make them really change how the abilities work.

Why can't I throw a Grenade unless I'm holding a crossbow?

Why can't I Snipe with a crossbow? Can you not aim at a target with a crossbow?

Why do I need a quarterstaff to conjure a bell?

Why can't I make Frost Nova my primary skill and have it not be useless?

Why can't I use minions as a Ranger without making my character useless?

Why can't I make a Fighter Mage that isn't complete garbage?

Everything is so limiting; there's zero room for customizing or creating a build.
