I thought the new LE league was going to destroy poe2?

It has nothing to do with "Destroying PoE2" and everything to do with the fact that I'm only checking the forums of PoE2 while playing LE. Less players means less money, less money means less content, less content means less players, and we downward spiral into oblivion. It's not going to destroy it, it's going to slow bleed the game.

Cuz I like PoE2 and hope they save it from the toxic elitist crowd and unfun game mechanics they so enjoy encouraging.

You know its ok to not like the direction of POE 2 and still play POE 1 right? Nothing is literally stopping you from logging on the "superior" game and playing it right?

Never played PoE 1. I fell in love with PoE2 and what it was. Im not going to play PoE 1.

Glad you're having a good time but 200k people that left since DoTH dropped didn't enjoy the game enough to stick around for even 2 weeks. There are issues. It feels vastly different. I've made multiple feedback posts regarding Stormweaver and why it feels bad compared to last season. (before you say "easy build no skill you deserved to be nerfed" like every other toxic community member, my max DPS was 77k and I was running a Mana Tank build that got nuked by proxy)

Not even close to 200k people left since DOTH dropped...there is, on a holiday, over 120k people on steam alone right now.

Stormweaver was vastly OP and def deserved to get knocked down a beg. They've made it clear that any builds that are clearing screens and diminishing the engagement they are trying to capture will be nerfed. My build got wildly nerfed last patch too but its cool. It's not the end of the world. You adjust, adapt, and figure out a new path.

My bad. I thought DoTH actually brought back 300k players. It wasn't able to do that. So the 134,715 people that left based of the current average numbers. That's a large enough number to show something is wrong in my opinion.

Yeah no. Lots of people play LE who have never touched poe before. It's a delusional to think that EVERYONE who is playing LE left poe2 to go play.

Never said they did. All I said is that people left. Doesn't matter where they left to. However, in LE Global chat is pretty much 80% people talking about how bad DoTH is right now. Which is a pretty good indicator.
