PS5 - CE-108255-1, Loading Screen crash

Hello.

PoE2, Dawn of the Hunt now is crashing on PS5 and PS5 Slim on Loading screen.

Game crashes when you try to login into your character in new league 0.2.0.
Before game crashed first time, I've opened T15 map in Sealand (or something like that), immediately after that game closed.

Now I can not login in to my character in Dawn of the Hunt (by the way, Standart doesn't have same issue).

Creating a new character on the same account doesn't resolve this issue, so I believe, this is not PS5 problem..

I have tried to resolve this issue myself by reinstalling game, recovering PS5 database and other things. Nothing so far..

Character name: AmethystBloom

Error code: CE-108255-1

GGG, let me know what should I do to resolve this issue!

I encountered the same problem.
Unfortunately we have to wait until GGG support will resolve this issue. It seems like it’s not PS5 faulty.
I tried lots of things to do, for example - reinstalling game, deleting and adding loot filters, changing game settings, changing internet connection type from cable to wi-fi and back, rebuilt PS5 database, cleared all type of cache - still this shit isn’t working. The fact that I cannot even create a new char on DoTH is pissing me off.
Two days later - still can’t play game..
What I’ve tried so far:
- Restarted PS5
- Reinstalled the game
- Cleared system cache in Safe Mode
- Deleted local save data
- Created new characters

The issue only occurs in the new league under Standard mode.

PSN Region: [ใส่โซน เช่น Thailand / Singapore]

Please investigate this issue. I’d appreciate any update or workaround you can provide.

Same here its been 2 days for me, & I don't have a PC so can't play last epoch.
Does anyone have successfully solved this issue?
