Y9u do not own path of exile 2, I do own it and been playing ot for a while now

Been on the support line and even though I got a code for the game with was accepted by xbox and ggg as it allowed to to play completely fine, I have been told that I have to spend more money to paly a game I already had and played fine. I fail to see how this is their solution to a major problem. It's clear a large portion of people are having thsi issue and if that's their solution I am quite worried.
I had the code gifted to me via a close friend for my birthday who is also confused, if it is because I myself didn't purchase the game and I got given the game by a friend who paid the extra money to give me a code for it then it's just insanely ridiculous and completely makes 0 sense

yea but I kind of understand where I could be "not in compliance, with the system" so I just paid for the xbox key and now im in. I should have just did that from the beginning instead of trying to get access across all platforms with one purchase...unless that's intended, but I also got 300 coins for my walking ring so win win.

+1 - I've got game purchased from GGG's website and on Steam. On Xbox I play from another account (home console-wide game license). Please don't tell me I have to buy the game for the 3rd time. I've paid my supporter fee twice already.

Maybe instead of banning accounts, you will start repairing the game instead of deleting normal players?

I've bought a game (again) on Xbox and it works fine. Now I've got it bought on Xbox, Steam and from GGG launcher. Xbox Home Console Game sharing RIP.
