Maybe its only affecting the people who did get à access key for free ??? Because everyone in my friend list that is playing on xbox now is the poeple who bought it , not the one that had the free access because of the purchased PoE history

That would be my best guess, but it makes no sense as to why all of a sudden I and I'm sure many others cannot play the game from having a key gifted by a friend or purchased as I did. I have tried supports and gotten very little back as of yet and am thinking that I will have to purchase the game again via xbox store to actually play again which is incredibly infuriating.

ok so I bought Poe2 on steam for pc access, and my brothers account did pay for poe2 on xbox, so im sure because I want to play on xbox I have to buy a key for myself, which I mean I understand. I'll just pay for the xbox key because I do enjoy the game and will pay what is owed.

I have purchased on my secondary account but I don't use it to play. I used another account before I could play, now it gives me the error GGG prohibited sharing account on Xbox
