Twister with multiple elements

Hi all,

Not sure if there are actual developers here or somebody who can confirm or deny this, but do we know if it is possible for a Twister to be infused with multiple ground elements?

For instance I am using the wake of destruction boots for lightning infusion and I am wondering if I got a companion with frozen ground, would the twisters have lightning as well as cold damage? Visually it seems that it only picks up one element, but I am not sure.

I am asking if the part "Passing over Elemental Ground Surfaces or Consuming an elemental Whirlwind will grant twisters extra damage of that element." if this can pick up multiple elements or only one at a time?

Please allow me to ask you another question.

If you have no lightning damage on gear, weapon, rings, gloves, skill tree, etc... But you see every now and then the elemental ailment "shock" being inflicted.

What does this tell you? Can you sum 2+2?

You discribe a possible way to test the interaction of twister and are clearly not answering his question.
Also it might be really hard to recognize the order of infusion via ailments.

Each infusion has very specific visual.

If you are trying to convince me that you can mistake them from one another, I do not know how you recognize your character in between monsters...

Well, I can directly answer or make you a video, because I have the lightning trail companion...

I don't believe you know the answer or you'd just say it. The fact that you think you can test it with just one elemental spell makes it clear you're confused.

I use tornadoes with a trail of fire companion and a conjure lightning companion. I'm confident I've seen burning twisters with the lightning inside of them so I'm confident you can pick up multiple. But not strictly positive as I have no picture to show and I suppose I may be remembering wrong.

But I'm pretty darn sure. So that's 80% dmg for each stage of the whirlwind and 50% for each element as far as we know. Gets pretty wild for me with salvo+barrage and multiple elements on the ground. Far from optimized on a ritualist too, gonna be hitting t15 tonight I hope so we'll see where we're at! (sorry got to rambling, I hope this addressed the main topic though)

I was wondering the same thing and that's how I ended up here. I've been testing with lightning+cold and it's really hard to tell. I think(??) it's picking up multiple, but it's really hard to see the cold's visuals.
