They've repeatedly said so. Their "system" appears to be just a shared inbox, grouped into threads, sorted by newest, that they respond to the oldest message thread with an unread message.

They desperately need to throw money at a ticketing system SAAS.

At this point they should be able to afford it. The current system is evidently insufficient when it comes to dealing with the number of players both games have at this time.

I messaged support at the end of March fully understanding that I won't get a reply for several months. And my issue is a lot less urgent than many people have. Something should be done and hopefully will be done by the time of full release, because the support team is already snowed under. And has been since November.
