It has now been over a month and i can't play Poe1 or Poe2 because support sucks

Hey my main account rhy69#1359 is locked and i have no understanding to why?

Ive email support on Saturday The 5th its now Sunday the 13th without a response.... My entire fresh start wipe is being ruined can someone please fix this?

Ive been playing path of exiles since poe 1 beta with over 3k hour and i have a few hundred hours in poe2 already. Ive never had a warning or anything like that wtf is going on....

They'll respond to your email eventually.

Be careful - their ticketing system will group any additional emails you send them into the same ticket, and tickets get queued based on how long ago the latest update has been - so each time you send another email, your ticket drops down to the end of the queue.

Well that's a weird way to do it....but okay i guess, im just so frustrated i dont understand how it even got locked out in the first place i was in the middle of playing. I dont use ahk or any add ons lol
If you want to play during 0.2.0 you're probably going to have to buy a new supporter pack on a different login.

Account verification and unlocking has always been painfully slow. It's been much worse since POE2's initial launch absolutely overwhelmed the support system. You can find numerous threads here from people who've been stuck with locked accounts for months.

Not a chance, After this experience ill probably never spend another dollar on ggg.

Only a few more days and everyone will migrate to last epoch, hopefully that games pretty fun to spend my time on i guess.
takes around 30-100 days to get reply email form support, so yea you have to play a new account if u do wanna play.
That's actually crazy. They should have a few people dedicated to resolving all these issues because we payed to play this game now being denied access for doing nothing..... no warning not a damn thing. Insane to think how downhill that games has gone.

I think that's part of the problem actually. Pre-POE2 when support was generally running well, account recovery was a slow process.

An informal survey on Reddit a week or two ago indicated that a lot of simple requests were getting turned around in a day; which suggests that support is not longer fundamentally overwhelmed (a few months ago they posted about having received hundreds of thousands of messages in their email system since POE2 release); but some service requests (ex account recovery and refunds) don't appear to have gotten any better.

My interpretation of this is that these issues are only able to be handled by senior staff (in the case of account recovery due to the risk of social engineering being used to steal accounts); and thus something they can't quickly hire warm bodies to throw at the problem after a brief period of training.

Ya this is just fucking insane at this point, My lock out was suppose to me 168 hours meaning 7 days. The time has expired and my account is still locked. 0 reply from support.....I can't believe i actually wasted money to have worst customer support than wall mart.... Incredible bad for business and i cannot wait until next weekend for Last Epoch to really shake things up. Poe2 deserves to lose players at this point.
