Seriously Lightning Spear buff?

Since Act 3 I am using one button build with Lightning Spear and EVERYTHING dies instantly. I feel like Ice Strike Monk in the endgame in 0.1. Game is absurdly boring because only Bosses are actually challenging.

What the hell. I don't know about other classes after 0.2. I don't know how other people play the game. It's not about getting lucky drops because it's the same every playthrough I dod since launch - people whine and I feel the game is on easy mode. Game is terribly easy to the point it's absolutely boring and maybe you simply get me to lv 65 and endgame instantly if all I "play" is killing on sight full screen of monsters with one click.

And IDK nerf Volt because this is absurdly OP. Once I picked first Support Gem II game got solved for me. IDK how it will be in endgame but 30 charges is easy to get and I can already see all screen of Breach Monsters dying on the spot.

And no this post is not trolling. Game was fun only for two acts for me when I actually was incentivized to use multiple skills. And what the hell with "players don't want to use melee at all". LOL go play ranger or sorc then.

I agree with frenzy charges though, past act 2 it's way to slow to use parry for that.

You know what's the problem with Huntress? Ritualist has only 2 useful ascendancy passive points. The headhunter one has multiple issues so after getting jewellery nodes, you can get IDK one charm and something useless. This is sad. Also all these nodes are quite weak when you first get them which is an excitement killer.

Large areas with dead ends are pain in the ass in this game... The part of the looking for soul cores for Alva in Machinairum map is also a slog, running through narrow corridors with dead ends. I also died with one big soul core and when i went back to where i died the soul core was not there... It spawned in another different location that i had to look for, its terrible design. A solution for this is if i spend long time in the area looking for cores the game should help me a bit with some beacon, so i can get through and move on.

This doesnt fix spear boss damage at all, needs more added effectiveness of dmg to baseline to double the monk’s added effectiveness as its a 1h weapon and then have the parry as extra dmg on top of that. That would equate to it being the spear skils’ combo points and bell basically at that point.

This doesnt fix how OP monsters feel compared to us, and rare white minions life is still too high and unrewarding.

Spell casters are dead.

Minions are dead.

Warrior is dead.

Spears are dead on arrival.

Acts 1 and 2 are an absolute nightmare with the current power level.

Areas are in fact just large, and empty at that. 2 discoveries per map dont feel good and this isnt an open world game anyway. AND THEN add that monster packs are too tanky now even the white ones take 4 hits to kill on some builds, thats why it feels like an absolute slog now.

Understand your audience instead of going with the mentality of ‘the client is probably doing something wrong this is working fine’. Unfortunately its a common developer mindset and im guilty of it, but this is a game; people will complain if its not fun and if its not fun then you did alot wrong and you need to seriously take a look.

The way i see it the first time you tested properly and progressing from the beginning of the game is on league launch. There is no way these early acts went through and people thought thats fine.

The sad thing is, this kind of obsession with having the campaign be long deters any kind of testing as well to be done quickly except if you emulate the progress and then youre not really testing :)

So we are at a point where you skip campaign and you emulate a high end build when testing, nerf it to a good end game level and then the entirety of the first 30 hours of the acts are absolutely unplayable.

I genuinely understand its just not easy to balance a game like this, but this can only be fixed if you actually stop saying the player is always wrong and actually take a minute to look at your game.

Maybe people should stop criticizing just to follow the trend, express their improvement ideas calmly like adults, and stop whining like kids throwing a tantrum. Well done GGG for the work you're putting in to address the issues in 0.2.0.

What about trying to play your own game and test changes, before you put it in the game? :)
This state of the game is complete trash. Ask yourself — why should anyone else play it?
Loot system? Have fun playing the campaign with blue items.
Skills? They look cool, but they’re completely useless.
What’s your goal for new players — two weeks to finish the campaign and parry every white mob one-on-one?
