I confirm! The skill doesn't work at all, no matter what you do. It became much easier when I saw that I was not the only one, thank you very much, I hope they will fix it soon, because of course this is nonsense.

any timeline on fixing this issue, this is i believe second time this is happening with it happening at launch as well as now, just a lot of damage missing in the ascendancy, coupled with the fact some might have to spend gold to respec it because it does not work.
