MARK literally said there will be new 1 shot builds, community will find those. You are all acting like its doomsday. Why would you want to play the same build every patch? It's a brand new game now, we will explore new uniques, new support gems, new nodes, we don't know anything yet. You all cry like babies, don't worry you'll be seeing 1 shot builds.
Give me a stick and i'll still grind the game, I love this game and most importantly I have fun playing the game. I don't care about nerfs or buffs like you guys do. I'll be fine don't worry about me and actually instead you try to enjoy the game for what it is, not just play because you 1 shot everything. | |

Im not here to step on your opinion as I was initially very unhappy reading all the nerfs myself. My recommendation is to at least give the dev benefit of the doubt for the adjustments they make as the roles they play in the decisions to do the nerfs in the first place are closer to the data points we do not have access to. Also bear in mind there are 100 new support gems to consider that will add further comlpications to formulas they have in mind for stats after said gems appear in builds. Its really not all gloom and doom. |

This is the best patch to filter out the casuals, and the game actually picks up a solid direction.

LE should have kept their original date. I bet tons of folks would have just ignored PoE2 and kept playing. But regardless, what few players(compared to December numbers) are playing tomorrow there will be a huge drop. Probably before LE even starts their season. I'm with OP in that I won't be playing, just reading. I don't see anything in the notes that fixed any core issues with the game. Hoping to read that at least folks see performance improvements and less crashes.
They chose to nerf everything for the player. But not do anything for monsters of any significance(30% armor redux, etc). Let the try-hard no-lifers slog through it and the rest of us will enjoy other things while reading the progress. |
