POE 2: STUCK ON CHIMERA WETLANDS LOADING SCREEN

This is currently happening to me. My first huntress, excited to get to the end game, stuck in a loading screen for chimeral wetlands cruel for hours now. Can’t exit. Have to close game and come back in but can’t use this character because it goes straight to that same loading screen. I have restarted my PS5. I left it off all night and just tried again…still stuck in that screen. It’s frustrating because you put hours and hours into building this character and now can’t play. The equipment you found and improved with what extremely little currency you were lucky to find…and you can’t get to it or see what skill gems you have socketed in case you decide to start another huntress…it’s extremely frustrating…and what’s more frustrating is that it appears that this bug has been unresolved for some time now. Please help! Thank you

Happening to me aswell i haven't been able to play for about a week iv spent over £300 on this game and ggg can't even reply to me. It's genuinely an absolute joke at this point if I could get a refund for all the money iv spent on poe2 I'd 100% be doing.
