Loss of points from play station store

Same for me. Bought the 40 dollar upgrade to the faridun supporter pack on playstation. Never got items or points, but playstation emailed me the receipt and i have a charge for it on my credit card. Waiting for a response from support.

Hey everyone. I just redownloaded POE1 went into the micro transactions store selected buy points and once it finished loading my point populated. Don’t know if this will help yall or not. Just sucks it happened after stash box sales

Troubled_visionz You are awesome! I redownloaded poe1 on my playstation and went to buy points in the in game shop like you said. Points updated to the correct amount. I went back to poe2 and the points and the cosmetics from the supporter pack were both there now. 1000 times, thank you!

Edit: noticed right after I did this I got an automated email from GGG. Subject of email is "Your Path of Exile Purchase"
