Loss of points from play station store

I recently brought 200 points from play station shop because the page you buy from ingame was not showing but the points i brought are nt showing and im not spending any just in case it dont work again and i want the map stash tab . Please help

Same here but I got mine from in game store last night. Still nothing reset the game and my PS5. But sure had no problem taking the money out of my account.
