We just act like nothing happened ? Cheating and Account-Sharing is okay now?

The more wealthy one is, the less the rules apply to them. It's always been this way, it will probably always be this way. The sooner you accept it the less trouble you'll get yourself in.

Trying to make waves and see the powerful held to account is only going to hurt you in the long run, you can count on that.
I don't think you can get more clear case than this! There is no excuse at all!
People keep mentioning "the race to 100" like that is remotely relevant. It doesn't matter if a race is happening or not, if other people have something to lose or not. The fact is somebody very publicly broke rules we all follow, admitted to it in an interview (there's nothing to prove here, he literally said he was boosting in PoE2 and D4), and nothing is being done, which is a very dangerous double standard to set. This is just going to encourage other people to try and get away with it too. Years of policing the game and enforcing a standard so people believe doing something will get them in trouble, have been undone, because some numpty got away with it despite how badly they fumbled everything. Community trust is further eroded, and their moderation team is going to have even more work to do for a while, because they don't want to push the button here.

It also doesn't matter that some other people get away with it, or these practices exist. They shouldn't exist, we normally assume GGG is doing their best to deal with it, that's kind of the point of playing in an online environment like this, so people don't have to play with cheaters. This just highlights that maybe GGG isn't actually trying their best to stop this sort of cheating. Is that the message they want to send?
