Account stolen & no feedback from support mail for three months+ since 01/12, need help help help
I bought one of the sandslayer packs durinig the merge of accounts, and their data migrations stuff and redeployments of patches in november, that supporter pack is lost, nowhere to be seen, they cant do much, they new support team is painfully slow and super incompetent dealing with this isolated sort of things, i get it POE2 yada yada yada, but come on, what happened to my supporter pack, i bought packs before that and after the merge, but during those wonky days aparently data was lost, i even had to contact with Xbox support and send them the awfull replies of ggg support, 6 months already and nothing has been done.

" I just don’t understand why it’s so hard for them to resolve such a basic issue. Verifying a payment is simple — you just show the transaction details or a bank statement. I’m sure you’ve already done something like that. Why they’ve been ignoring you for six months is beyond me. At this point, it honestly feels like GGG is just trolling their players. |
