Its actually insane how much better poe 1 is.

I really missed;

Awful graphics for most of the game
The zoomed in camera
Piano flasks
Force logged into town every time
Can't pause the game, pretty cool
Click to move

PoE 1 was a great game. PoE 2 is a photocopy of a photocopy or an idea of a photocopy of a diluted, tedious corporate moneygrab.

i'm looking forward to see what Chris does next. since he has left, it leaves an opening for him to create something new on his own again with a team he chooses.

I haven't played Poe for over a year and I'm coming straight from playing almost 800 hours of Poe 2. Poe feels like an archaic, clunky, and ugly game to look at. Yes, it has a lot of content but that's it. Poe 2 will eventually have the same or more content over the years and its gameplay, system, and visual beauty has me hooked, I'll upgrade to 80 to get the skins and wait for Poe 2 league 0.2.0.


Let everyone enjoy what they like.

I enjoy both games but POE 1 makes you realize how POE 2 still has a long way to go in spite of all the hype given to it. So much hype!

Yeah, I know the 'badge' POE2 fanboys will say as an excuse:

Can't tell yet. But I can tell that Poe 2 is trying to be what Poe 1 was at the start of its life. A slower paced ARPG. I loved that about Poe back in the day and I hated how game has changed throughout the years, I felt like the essence of the game was removed entirely

Afer some break PoE1 is great fun. So much better then PoE2.
