0 Hype for anything POE2 related :/ sry GGG just call it a day, refund people who bought POE2 beta their money and just focus on making POE1 as good as it can be GGG who once made fun of BLizzard (Do you not have nets/phones exiles?) chooses to copy them with the Overwatch 2 approach. As a Gamer who loved Overwatch i had my heart broken by blizzard who butchered Overwatch. And now GGG is doing the same thing :´( |

You all get that POE1 was managed in how much? 10 years? of course is going to be looking better.
Same will be for POE2 after 2-3 more years. That`s normal thing. All you guys with the fast world we live, you cant get enough right now and always ask for more and more right now in that minute and second. Where is this word Patience? someone remember what it means. If you don`t like POE2 then just play POE1 , there is nothing bad in that right ? :) |

I think it is kind of the opposite...the end game / final experience is much better in poe1.
the beginning game and overall feel is much better in poe2. A lot of that has to do with controls, use of gold, dodge roll, wsad controlls, no more portal scrolls. Basically a lot of little things they should port to poe1. |

funny playing trade for the first time in a long time and joined a couple parties for "muliplayer" vibes, and every time I was amazed at how much more goofy POE1 is than POE2.
its just so.... dumb... I'm struggling to remain enthusiastic which is how I started. The build crafting is the only part thats interesting any more. The gameplay is like a parody of a game. Pandering to players who don't want consequences for their mistakes is a perfect description of what went fundamentally wrong with D3 and 4.
If they wanted mindless mobile game time waster gameplay they sure did make some perplexing choices and marketing statements for 6 fucking years. |

I played the beta and can say I enjoyed PoE 2 less than PoE 1.
I don't like dodge roll replacing dash. I dislike how skills like shield charge changed. I don't like the currently very limited skills. That will probably get better. PoE 2 is in beta so it has a lot of room to go. Need more time with it but at the moment zero desire to play it. I actually went back to D2 just for a little time. Simpler is better for my near-boomer brain. |

" LOL! PoE Beta was made by a handful of nerds. PoE 2 Beta is being made by a multi-million dollar company with 100+(?) employees. You think that is a better comparison? The truth is of course somewhere in between. As of now, a PoE 1 event (not a league, mind you) is making the playing field leveled, with close to the same amount of players in each camp (though probably more playing PoE 1, as Chinese players aren't being counted in PoE 1 as they are in PoE 2). That should tell GGG everything they need to know; both games deserves professional support and development. "played open beta and a for a while after 1.0 and while PoE2 of course has better graphics and more up to date combat mechanics etc. I do not think the campaign area design and the campaign in general is better than any version of PoE. PoE 2 sucks in that design aspect, and I doubt they can or would be willing to fix it at this point. |
