Welp, that didnt last long. 2 months isnt the worst launch of a big over-hyped title tho.
When you take away the bots which is probably about 70% right now that still leaves you with 30k world wide. Thats waaay better than Concord. I dont think repackaging poe1 as an alleged "new" game while dumpstering poe1 was a great strategy. Kind of a giant middle finger to the loyal fanbase. Marval Rivals is at 400k btw. It's just that I am bored and moved onto other games until new update. Felt like a great game the first month but then the ugly slowly unwraps. Mapping is more repetitive and the prep work is not fun compared to POE1. Minions have worst pathing than POE1.
Also not motivated to keep grinding knowing there's ganna be a new reset/league. I will wait until then. |

Even a relatively casual player like me is at level 90 and getting bored of the endgame, so I'm not surprised.
In a couple of days Civ 7 early access starts so I'll also be moving over to that. Then late Feb we have Monster Hunter Wild... D4 has also recently started a new season, I believe. |

honestly poe2 is the worst arpg i have ever played, and EA has nothing to do with it. the problems with the game are so deep rooted that a few patches will not fix anything. the game needs a complete overhaul which probably wont happen because the devs are too stubborn and want to stick to the "vision". meanwhile the other game that is actually good dies for all this. such shame

But all the balancing, horrible loot, endgame where all the content requires spending more than weeks farming for a single attempt on bosses full of oneshots. " Yep. 100% True. It isnt bad because of programming errors. It SUCKS because of decision made by game directors and designers. It is starting to look like POE2 is an attempt to cash grab Diablo 4 driveby players. A purely cynical cash grab while showing the middle finger to those that have supported its development. I am playing Last Epoch now because I am so angry I cant even bring myself to play POE1 right now. |

" Whoever buys Civ 7 on the 11th of February is part of the problem, lol. Also, Civ always suffered from a similar problem as in the base game when it released was lackluster compared to a full game + add ons.
