How hard is it to refund purchases citing the company lied?
GGG has blatantly lied about what we were supporting with our early access purchases and I think it's only fitting to refund purchases made for PoE 2. Has anyone refunded yet? How easy was it?

You can email support and politely ask for a refund. Using any outside method will likely result in your account being closed.

I emailed support and politely asked them to refund the game (after ~30 hours played in POE2 I knew I hated it). At first they said they would, and I provided them with my account info & steam purchase info. Then almost a month later they refused to refund me.
I suspect they are being flooded with refund requests due to POE2 sucking & their lies about POE1. |

" I get that you personally don't like it, but why does is seem like most of the haters don't understand subjectivity? POE1 at month 2 of most leagues has something like a quarter of the playerbase of POE2 in month 2. You would think the flooding for refunds wouldn't show up as 4-5 times more playerbase. Unless of course its subjective and tons of people don't actually agree that it sucks. Pandering to players who don't want consequences for their mistakes is a perfect description of what went fundamentally wrong with D3 and 4.
If they wanted mindless mobile game time waster gameplay they sure did make some perplexing choices and marketing statements for 6 fucking years. |
