both are great. all i can hope for is a steady return to one with the same love you always put into it. secondly, for poe 2. a mine support pre shadow would be sick but no matter what wanted to say thank you for the 2 amazing games we got and i appreciate you taking your time and care with it rather than delivering a cyber punk launch.

I couldn't imagine what kind of person would actually get upset at GGG for recognizing/fixing issues with PoE2, acknowledging the conflict it has on the production of PoE1's new league, while trying to come up with the best solution to solve both issues AND also communicate/listen to its players so they are happy like we want other companies to do...
Seriously though, GGG, you guys are crushing it. Keep it up. Both games are fantastic. Your hard work does not go unnoticed! |

The player graph is continuing in a straight line downwards, it's not even a curve, which is not really normal for a 2 month period. 180k players peak on steam this weekend, still not bad, but if it continues like this there will barely be any players left in march, just content creators and the dads of 4 children who has 2 jobs and who might reach act 3 cruel by then.
I haven't touched the game since 20th of december, but I'm afraid that we might get a serious issue if next patch is underwhelming and only 10% of players return and we don't have the back up a fresh league in PoE 1. I feel they are possibly making a crucial mistake and the next 2 months will be crucial for GGG. What's happening to my beloved game company? As a software engineer for almost 40 years, I know this story well. Management thinks that the second project will learn from the first and be easier. It almost never works that way.
I don't envy those who are the face of the game to the public. Hint they have the least control over how things turn out. but they get all the tomatoes thrown at them. |

I have 8000 hours in poe 1 can we PLEASE have an offline mode or something. The game has enough content to be playable forever as is PLEASE do not delete it.

" PoE2 is in EA though. It's normal for this trend to happen. Most people know this. Other games are coming out too so we'll probably see a little bit more people leave and come back. If the past 10 years are anything to go by, GGG knows what they are doing and are making the best solution possible. |
