Take your time. It is not like we can't play PoE1 or 2 right now.
I think it might be a good idea to do something like the legacy league where you run a league with content the way it was back when it originally launched and then rotate that every other month before you can get something new done!

I am more hyped about PoE2 than 3.26 anyways.
U generated so much more players with PoE2 - just kill PoE1, its no shame.

Who needs?

You are pushing limited amount of developers to soul core to make POE 2 a milking cow based on the desires of the investors and owners...

Like really guys you are not learning ? Hell a lot of game developing companies has already burned on that, why you simply cannot learn ?

You have an ongoing funbase and playerbase with POE1, you have a target audience, you have a good financial report year-year.
You have released POE2 which is raw/unfinished product, but still got a huge success on the market, where people clearly understands that this is EARLY ACCESS, so no big real expectations, but POE2 gave entrance to even huger community, who is now would also will try to jump in POE1.

You got a community who almost together said - OK, we accept prolongation of league because we understand how important for you to start POE2.

All grown up, everyone knows what is the end of financial year, you need to show results, you need to show spikes in profit, first of all to JUSTIFY extra finances and new flexible way of doing business(external office in another country/external team in Europe/USA/Australia/South Korea maybe with more available market of developers)...

So like so much possible economical ways of doing the business and keeping the team happy, keeping the players happy, earning yourself a good salary and getting your end-of year investor benefits....

With how PoE2 is and what it does the PoE1 I regret supporting the PoE2 game.

If GGG were clear about this outcome I would NEVER have supported it.

This makes no sense. It is the equivalent of an automaker who quit producing cars so they can work on a new prototype.

You need to prioritize POE1 and stop POE2 until you hire more people and KEEP YOUR PROMISES.

I am no longer making any microtransactions until the next great POE 1 league.

True green newbie to POE1 but lifelong gamer. You made an excellent, if daunting, product. Hands down! These shifts are understandable and while some vets might feel a bit put out you had a fresh offering for them to sink their teeth into while us new recruits get our feet wet.
