Most patches are applied online and directly to new instances you enter, no need for patching. Usually only large patches need a download on steam.

Is this hotfix why I lost my first simulacrum. Took until lvl95 to finally get my first key :(

GGG's Spaghetti code strikes again. This game just wasn't ready to implement PoE2 which you can see with the lack of customer support and the fact we still don't have an update about 3.26. They are on the path to destroy what they build up. Poor management going on at this moment.

im currently stuck in the arena for burial bog. i dont know if the hotfix was before or after i started the gamme tho.

On a Chinese short video website, I saw a player with 144 Mirror of Kalandra in his backpack. He said he obtained them through duplication. Is this really possible?
