To late for a refund?

Sorry to hear that Slayer1, I know people been telling to just keep playing but knowing I paid money for something significant and not having it is really upsetting. Also speaking from my own experience it seems like many others not having support help is really drilling a nail in a car for me. It’s been going on three months and I have gotten no help from support anytime I post anything on here about needing help or talking about how support is not handling this situation that my post get deleted.
