To late for a refund?
Been waiting for two months to get help with my accounts and have to gotten any help through email and most definitely not on here. I’m just wondering if it’s to wait to get a refund? I know I can’t get it through PlayStation. I honestly feel up set to even have to ask and probably won’t get help on this matter or still get no response about my accounts. Paid a full $150 for a support pack and can’t get anything.

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.

You should attempt to contact playstation support, Some peers on the discord have reported, if your path of exile account is banned because you performed a refund, you will be hardware/IP banned from GGG titles, and you can no longer create an account, ever. If everything goes wrong, contact your bank and explain you purchased a service that you have not had access to, and that you would like a chargeback. If you wait it out, it really, truely, seems that support is working on these issues, try not to get caught up in everyones negativity, I've asked for compensation and was told, that may be able to happen, If you were to email them today, you may get a reply in a week. |

Appreciate it slayer1! Thanks for the positivity. I actually don’t even really wanna refund but I just feel kind of bad that pay this money and I haven’t gotten any help. Totally understand and support is swamp with issues, but I just feel like it’s been long enough and who is the say for them to email me again asking for more details and then I have to wait additional two more months…even more crazy that if I was to get a refund i might get my account banned and possibility that I won’t be able to even create a new account that’s just petty lol. I guess at this point this will be my last post if I don’t get my account merge issue fixed then I guess it’s just my loss and I have to learn my lesson to not pre-order a early access game for $150 :/

Yea it took like a month for them to finally email back about my support pack merge issue with my account and after they asked for more details I haven’t received anything from them so in total it’s been tow months…. What’s scary that if they email me back saying hey we also forgot to ask you for this detail or whatever the case may be then I might have to wait additional month for two so at this point I’m just chucking it up as a loss really wanted to enjoy the game shouldn’t let this detail mess with me but every time I turn on the game, I think about this issue that I have and it makes me not even want to play it, but that’s my own personal feeling.

yeah, I've been collecting evidence and I'm pretty sure I could report GGG for fraud atm with how consumer laws work in my country. I had a payment issue with Xsolla and my account got locked and EA and packs revoked while they still retained money I have paid. I would assume most support systems would have a dedicated support team for payment issues that are high priority, although I have seen a fair few people complaining about paying and not having access so maybe they do have a team and they are very busy

I honestly hope that that’s the real reason. I still don’t think that gives it the right by this time they should have more help like they said that they were going to do to help with the customer service issues. I hope it’s no scams or fraud or pettiness going on. But two months and still no help I don’t care there is no reason for that.

I think i quit guys, i have got the email where they ask me for my information 6 times, i told them i am a steam user, i linked them with my url, and my steam id, and current username, and they ask me for my information.
I spoke with my bank about this yesterday, and he said i may have instigated a response with my forum post, they cannot honor the creditless chargeback if the support team reaches out to me, which they have, its just asking me the same question over and over again. I think im going to just take the hit, i am beyond upset now. They not only policed comments on their update video (youtube, they deleted comments relating to anything support) but it seems like they know and are abusing the law. The 20th was my original cut off date, its going to stay my cut off date, even if they get back to me, i am tired of responding to the exact same copy pasta.
