Can we not compare a EA released by basically an indie dev studio with no prior epxerience in the ARPG field to one released from the studio that has 13 years of experience in that field? You dont get to release a sequal of a game and repeat the same mistakes you already did in the first one. Werent people making fun of D4 because of this? How is it ok here? Im actually baffled how are so many people ok with paying for GGG to reinvent the wheel again

And that's where the problem is for POE players right now. GGG was developing the POE and POE 2 leagues at the same time and it's clear that they haven't been able to advance as much as they would have wanted with POE 2, that's why the amount of stuff right now is fair but pretty good for a 30$ EA.
Right now the abandonment of POE is felt in the air, and GGG isn't saying anything clear but rather confusing his loyal POE players more as they wait for 3.26 which I don't think will come soon because they're focused on advancing with POE 2. I don't know what the future holds for POE but even you can feel that the game is at a standstill and with a very worrying future.

they have so much work to do on poe 2 , i wouldnt be surprised if poe 1 was delayed. the acts, the classes, the balance, maybe a league or 2 in 2025 before release. the support, cross platforms and so on.
250k players still playing poe 2 too. i ve hard time imagining that they would at this moment start another concurrent league.

only hope is poe 2 players are playing but not spending money anymore but who knows
