As someone who has a team and creates a product for people, while also managing my own page where I interact very closely with my audience, I can’t understand one thing—why is GGG so bad at connecting with their fans? First, they went quiet for the holidays, then released that video, and once again, silence. It’s clear how far they’ve moved from being an indie company to a mass media entity. They just don’t have that warm relationship with their fans anymore, and right now, everything is just about the hype.
WTF? Where are they quiet? it's again your expectation. You expect them to answer within minutes or sth.
They communicated that they go for holiday, so what? I will also go on your nerves if you are on holiday, just to **** up your free time - do you want that for yourself? They are humans and you are assuming they do not listen to us - maybe they won't in future if they get all the negativity all the time.
They made a 2,5h Q&A + an announcement for the upcomming PATCH!!! Release (not even a minor release!!!)
They don't owe you anything, they do not need to answer everything and always. As mentioned: This is not feasible for a playerbase that big.
The video was released 2 days ago - omg they have been quiet for 2 days - my "I have no Life"-boredom and my impatiance expect them to give me moreeeeee ...
You are completely blended by whatever expectation you have ... 2025 will be a rough year for game developers, if YOU are the kind of player they need to deal with ... :/

exactly every major problem that destroys the economy still untouched so most players cannot buy endgame items. sad
In the interview after they said map tabs are coming soon, its almost done. They are aware of crashes and are figuring it out. They are looking into rarity, but dont know enough yet. A larger content and balance patch is in the works, which is coming in not to long, this will include a new league and eco reset and most likely new class(es) and skills.
Stop whining if you arent even gonna listen when they go on interviews.

I understand that some changes in patch can change..But they can public this changes also.
Because the **itposting would be more intense ... they need to defend even more why they do this or prioritize that.
Just let them do their jobs and stop complaining like you are a 5 year old ... come on ... in the end it is still a game IN EARLY ACCESS!
Its not complaining. What I'm saying is that they could have opuplified the list of changes planned in the patch right after the release of Sunday's video. If they make any changes to the final changes, all they have to do is announce them again on the day of the patch's release. Two posts.

Yeah. Just ignore that guy. Lots of these people just RMT their stuff anyway and pretend they're great gamers. There are more Elons in POE and POE2 EA than GGG probably cares to admit.
Imagine people so bereft of actually important life accomplishments that their first reaction is to put down other folks making legitimate suggestions and brag about their expensive gear (that they probably bought with currency from RMT sites)... I mean, who cares what anyone 'accomplishes' in POE2 anyway? It's a game. In early access. The point is to have fun and test things out.
I'd rather deal with noobs who are nice and pleasant over braggart "hardcore gamers" who are decked out in mirror-level gear but are toxic to other people just trying a game out.

but this video was just to let you know whats coming while they work on it. the next post are the patch notes when the patch goes live. i dont really get your problem here

But it is not changing anything. They will be releasing the patch-notes when they patch ... probably these notes are autogenerated and no one is doing this manually just so the community can see it 2 days earlier ... patience is the key here ...
