This does not seem to work, my whole system still freezes when the game freezes

humanity is so doomed.. this behavior here is what we are, everywhere, all the time

opinions, entitlement, demands, advice to professionals by people who are barely engaged to the subject matter, arrogance, no patience or understanding how programming works and what it takes to plan, refine, find, fix and rollout a defect/missing feature or something new...

no point in reading 99% of comments ): especially when something goes badly

That is how it works everywhere…they also need to see that the costumer is not happy with the product and problems need to be addressed. If you are not going to provide any feedback on the hot fix why are you even here? Just move on.

Did not help, exactly same game freeze on loading as before. :(

game was working fine before this hotfix. after hotfix now game stutters and i have lost 50% of my previous fps, 120+ down to 60-70 while my gpu runs 5c or more hotter. currently in unplayable state. 4080 with 5950x. all minimum settings.

As always...it's not the FEEDBACK that's the problem..it's the manner in which a LARGE % of people give it.

Some people post the same thing, every patch note post becasue their exact problem wasn't fixed yet, some people give no 'feedback' when they say...'fix your game now'. Some people justr bash the company for being money hungry and not caring (which is almost a copy paste of nearly every blizzard forum post)

Stop trying to justify the toxic behavior that has VERY recently taken over these forums as 'feedback'.

Feedback is "i don't like feature xxxxx because of yyyyyy"
Feedback is NOT "you still havent fixed my issue, you all should be embarrassed
, you're gonna lose 100k players this week bnecasue of your money grubbing way"

See the difference. Probably not.
