coin purchase on ps5 not being credited in game (poe2)

i sent a support ticket a couple days ago, and after much deliberation and lack of response i decided to make a post to warn others not to make a similar purchase until its addressed. so that they can maybe make their purchase in a different manner and possibly not lose their money or at the very least miss sales.
what i did was purchase the 20$ point package in the ps market before i loaded the game. low and behold wasnt credited. however i made two purchases previously while in game and they were applied relatively quickly (within the hour) id appreciate ggg to look into it (and you know hit up the support ticket) but more importantly i dont want anyone else to lose funds over what im assuming is a communication issue between sony and ggg also im not sure how things work, if i request a refund from sony will it hurt my account in game? if anyone has a related experience please chime in. Same happened to me. The went through the same exact process trying to get stash tabs during the sale. If GGG could look into this I'd like to get some value for the money I've spent.

I yeah same purchased coins through ps store, been a week and still no coins or response from support...

Experienced the same thing.
Purchased 200 points on last sunday and was going to buy quad stash. But coins not showing up, either in game/web. Not going to buy coins until the problem is noticed by the team. My previous purchase went through smoothly. |

just to keep everyone interested informed. still no coins credited, money did come from my account receipts emailed to me from my bank, from pay pay, and from sony. and still no update to the support ticket.

This just happened to me. I bought coins to buy gem n currency tabs it took my money but no coins. Also my friends get deleted every day. This is becoming messed up. Love the game but not when u take my money and not provide me with the currency I paid for. Trash
Sorry I’m just mad about the money. Lost a player for a bit for this one. Back to college football 25. |

UPDATE: possible solution
TLDR: Go to the Packs or Points tab in the store in game to force a refresh of your coins via PS store. Before I emailed support I decided to do the old POE 1 trick of opening the shop in game. When I went to the "Packs" or "Points" pages it loads the PlayStation store in the game. After a long time loading, the UI to buy packs came up and my coinage updated. This worked for me. SAME HERE! Two times now contacted SUPPORT and not even a "we will look into it" as a response. GGG we need answers!
