Couch co-op game crashes on maps if one dies

Exact same crash is still happening after the latest patch that added the loot filter (thank you for the loot filter)

The same thing happens here, if your partner dies, you just have to move far enough away for him to disappear from the screen and the game crashes.
That kind of error where the system asks you to send a video of the last few seconds.
I've already submitted dozens of bug reports through PlayStation.
