just wtf is going on.. my main poe 2 acc was locked for 4weeks. honestly, the data breach report is only slight elaborating more from what has been told in the QnA, what is gonna happen next and how long are we expecting things to turn around?

UNTIL NOW, not a single sight of what are they doing to our situation besides those back and forth emails.. which felt like it will be going nowhere till i get back my account and be able to play with a peace of mind

even if my account gets unlocked later on, i will never forget this and i will be terrified of emailing GGG support for a long ass time..

All of us in this thread are probably going to be hesitant to contact support when any issues arise again. They’ve locked us out for months, even though many of us here paid for the early access key. I think it’s unfair. Don’t you think it’s taking way too long?

Nothing more comes from them, they sweep our problem under the table and that's it. I've been waiting for help and an answer since December 26th but nothing has come. I am disappointed with GGG and will simply never play again.

I confirm, I have a login through Steam, today they came in and stole everything, they entered an email in my account on the website and entered just like that, without receiving any notice.

Yikes, that sounds like it might be related to the admin account hack. However, if you check the two new posts I added, they seem to describe something different. We still need more evidence and reports from others to get a clearer picture.

There is only one thing I want to confirm now. How long will GGG take to unlock my account?

I don't care the hackers and lost gear anymore,it is just rediculous by locking hacked account for further damage then never unlock it,GGG did much more damage than hacker did.

The solution is so easy and on the surface. Your stash should be password protected. And you should enter this password EVERY new login session in order to open the stash. And the stash windows should be blocked for opening in all other situations. But instead of this devs of this game pretend that nothing happening. Thats really destroying all trust they gained among the community. I think its time to claim refunds cause security breaches even through steam are very serious reason to ask for refund even if the time was passed.
