Have the same issue currently affecting my account, afaik I've only seen this specific seed with this issue. Ended up levelling 4 characters while waiting for a fix.

LMAO that's crazy, they already talked about needing the ability to reset the atlas if it bricked back when we couldn't rerun nodes. Is this the actual reason why we can rerun failed nodes now? Because of spaghetti code? LOL

Aight let's stop with the armchair devs and not act like it's a super simple fix. It's early access for a reason. The GGG reply was literally 'in the MEAN TIME'. He doesn't say it's not fixable, doesn't say it's not being looked at. It just takes time. Lmao
I don't think people would be freaking out of the entire dev team and support staff didn't decide to have the entirety of the holidays off. Even a skeleton crew would have been enough. Having complete radio silence from the devs during a live beta while the bug list (including several game breaking ones) is continually building up with no patch in sight.. is what is causing frustration.

I'm aware people have Christmas and New Years off.. but if your giant hype game is going into public beta in December.. perhaps allocate staff to work over the holidays.

This issue, while huge and enormously frustrating, wouldn't have been such an issue if the staff had been readily making patches daily or bi-weekly and were contactable. Just scroll through this forum and look for the 'GGG' icon where staff has replied, then discount the "We're looking into it" responses.. it's quite terrible.

Summoners are still dealing with incorrect display of number of minions after weapon swaps or skill swaps, and our poor skellies can't go through doors or narrow corridors. This was reported on day 1.

These kind of little niggling issues building up with no dev correspondance are what turn your game from "possibly best ARPG of all time!" level hype, into.. well.. Ashes of Creation levels of annoyed lol.

Logically it makes sense that this wouldn't necessarily be an easy fix so people - quit being rude to Rhys. His reply was succinct and to the point.

There's also probably only a handful of people that this bug is affecting so it's not high on the priority list.

I understand the larger issue at hand may take longer to fix - but a quick easy fix for myself (and the other dude who looks like he has an identical seed) would be giving us new keys, having us make new accounts, and transferring mtx over. Personally - All i have is stash tabs

Why don't you update one node in another island as `completed` and then they'd be able to continue progression.

Wouldn't that be a simple database update?

I guess from my perspective - that's the whole thing right?
I need a workaround so I can play the game. I don't need a fully fledged out and developed fix.

A workaround isn't "go play ssf/hcssf"... a work around is some auto complete a node on my atlas giving me a jumping off point.

A workaround is giving me a new account with my stash tabs that has a different map generation seed. Dont even have to copy over my character. just my tabs.

a fully developed/fledged out option would be... bring horizon orbs back and they bridge gaps between disconnected nodes. boom. fixed and prevented in the future lol
I don't know if it's been said already but I noticed that nodes can be hidden in the mountain or by the environment so I would look very meticulously at those parts of the map for hidden nodes.
