Greater/Perfect jeweler orbs are too hard to find.

200h playing here, 2 characters lvl 85+, 6 divine looted, 0 greater jewellers orb. Im playing SSF btw.

I can understand this kind of orb, because it really buffs your dps, should be really hard to find.

But I have a suggestion : maybe you could get ONE when you finished for example, the doryany's quest of finishing T10 map ? Or T12 ?
It should be a good reward to have 1 greater jeweller's orb at this moment, to help you to dps more. Cause for some players, t10-12 is kind of a wall for their dps (as I can read on this forum).

Btw, Im surprised its so rare. For Perfect jeweller's orb, I easily understand why its so hard to find, but for greater ? I even red a topic about a guy asking if he can use perfect to craft a 5 link cause he cant find a greater but got a perfect :D

Their rarity doesn't increase linearly. If they could be reforged, then that would either make perfect orbs way too common, or if the rarity of the others were to be adjusted, it would make lesser and greater orbs far too rare.

Bench is NOT linearity, it's exponantial. Pack size of the previous orbs can be ajusted to position the cursor the right position. Like a greater would be 3x20=60 lesser jeweller and a perfect would be another 60 greater jeweller orb. definetely painfull, but at least there is some hope.

this is what happens when the game is balanced around trade mode and not the core experience of the game. there's no reason you shouldn't see greater jeweler's orbs sooner other than the fact that trade exists. it's stupid that this game is not balanced around ssfhc.

if people want to play trade which is essentially the same as using cheats, let them do it, but don't balance the game around an invalid experience. it's already a gimmick mode for people who don't care about what matters, who cares if it is totally broken. let people on ssfhc have a good experience.

We should get one Greater JO as a guaranteed drop in A6 at the same place we got Lesser JO at the start of A3 imo.

I only found 1 greater jeweler and zero perfect. And GGG made dual spec for poe 2 while you cant even get enough Jewlers in almost 500h to make a single spell 6 link.

Greater Jewels are so rare and I don't even care about the damage increase I'm just after more gameplay versatility/excitement to offset the rn-jesus factor of crafting.
If Unset Rings with MF were super rare I'd be crying a lot harder about the game state, I've been fairly bored with End Game's potential.

I agree with the reforging take. Reforge 3 stacks of lesser (60 total) for one greater. I’d be able to obtain way more greaters but still keeps perfects hard to obtain. It is frustrating being absolutely flooded in lessers with nothing to do with them.

Unless you spent all that time without MF & below T15 this sound ludicrous .

prefect is redundant anyway because its cheap to give it 4 links and than just upgrade it and corrupt it for 5. Liek its vastly cheaper to gamble on corruptions (its like 1 in 5 btw not much) than to buy a premium. Anyone actualy buying premiums is kind of dumb because you can upgrade quality before the corruption, and you can still upgrade gem level even if it is corrupted. So buying premiums or using one doesn't make financial or logical sense. If enough people read this comment it will probably crash the premium market.
