Remove xp dead penalty please
Remove xp dead penalty please doesnt at anything to the game but only frustration and when the map( and loot) also is gone when you die its double punishment

The XP penalty is good. The problem is not the XP penalty at all, the problem is that the game is currently not properly balanced and most deaths are unfair in late game.

" yes i love it , its my favorite time of the day , coming back to/from work , to play my favorite game poe2 for a few hours and best part is at the end of it i can lose all the progress . GGG can you please , please , make us lose levels when we lose xp also. and later drop all items that we have . oh also , when you fail a map you have to re-do all the acts . and it should scale if you die 5 times , that is 5 re-runs of acts before you can map. this will complete the GGG vision . |

What me? i never die , i play hardcore with one hand and use the other one to lift weights , while listening to power metal and asmongold telling me how to live .
i agree with you the game is waaay to easy, we need more penalty . |

" thats the issue not for low levels but i know when you are past lvl 90 its going to be very annoying a day gaming to the drain (dont see the fun in that). that is what my experience was with poe 1. And knowing that its coming is not motivating me to play on |

In the end it all lies in the decision making of the player, at least once the unfair one shots are balanced out.
The player decides how tanky of a character they build. If they die a lot they can build a tankier character. The player decides the tier of waystone they run. If the higher tiers are too difficult they can just run lower tiers. The player decided which mods on the waystone they run. If the map is too difficult they can run a waystone with affixes that fit their build better. The player decides what league mechanics they play. Some are more likely to overrun a player with not enough damage to burst the enemies. In PoE 1 there were the same complaints because people with 10 chaos characters tried to run 100% delirious T16 8 mod maps. |

Death penalty needs to be in the game to promote people not only building dps and zooming through the game. They should rather have 6 portals per map and boss like on poe 1.
The 1 portal thing is kinda stupid |
