I'm not quite sure the blasphemy gem alone allows you to have more than one curse. I understand Rumpleteazer's concern; i dont think you have three curses applying, i think you only have one.

Im running double curse using blasphemy, and i just tested removing the Whispers of Doom +1 node and now only one curse is applying to enemies instead of the two i have slotted within blasphemy. But, if i respec into whispers of doom +1 max curse, both blasphemy curses apply.

Blasphemy allows slotted curses to be applied as auras, but does not increase the max curse count on enemies, as far as i understand it. Maybe i am missing something?
Guys, when using curses-aurus from blasphemy - does the damage increase from exploding curses work?
It seems in the description of the skill (and mini video in it) indicated that if the enemy imposed two curses, and explode at once two - that is, the damage should be X2. But when I checked, and imposed two curses at once through the aura of blasphemy (with a modifier from the tree of course, the enemy was exactly two curse icons) - then the explosion damage did not increase, but remained as if the curse is one.
Is it specially cut to not dabble or I do something wrong?

I have just done some testing myself versing the Bog Witch in Act 3 Cruel, tested single shots of Hexblast DPS with two curses slotted into blasphemy (with whisper of doom node active), versus only one curse slotted into blasphemy, and the DPS is exactly the same for each hexblast.

Hex does not (at least at the time or typing) detonate multiple curses; it only detonates one. I suppose its true to the description:

Even though the video says it detonates multiple, i think what they mean is it 'removes' multiple, but the actual hexblast detonates the enemy once, without any consideration to the number of curses.

Could be a bug, or could be by design.
Well that sucks. No real reason to slot multiple curses then since the snare isn't worth the effort given you're already 1 shotting nearly all trash anyway. Also can't use the blasphemy to apply decaying hex either it seems which makes using totem kind of meh as well.

Really disappointed with Chaos overall and the lack of good ascendency to go with it. Hopefully the third witch ascendency will turn out to make Chaos Damage worth it. But the amount of set up required to make anything but hexblast work on trash isn't worth the effort. The lack of screen clear cripples hex blast because you can't get the AE large enough to compete with other builds. Totem cost seems too high to really work well on bosses etc.

I am updating the planner build right now

It feels smooth now in tier 15 and the survivability is better

Next concerns.
- Get a bit of mana back (not sure which way I want to go about it)
- Find ways to spend my last Passive Tree Points
- Possibly switch to Shield instead of Scepter

Can I adapt my build for an Infernalist? I made a minion-based Infernalist build, but the FPS drops and map clearing are bad. The clearing speed is average, not as fast as other builds.
I’d like to make some adjustments, and I have the fourth ascendancy unlocked. I'm too lazy to create a new character. lmao

What do you think? Is it possible to build something out of this?

I guess so. Probably very easy to do and just copy what I have. I guess you even have a great meat shield to help you.
I like the build but there is one big thing I can't find a solution for and it is extremely limiting my ability to kill unique map bosses in general and even more so for buffed bosses through the atlas tree: Being able to spam skills.
Skills cost way too much Mana and Life and I don't know how to find a solution. For monster groups it is not a problem at all and feels smooth. But bosses? Man, it is so so so so difficult to beat buffed tier 15 bosses. You usually run out of mana or life...
I googled the shit out of it but I can't find items that help or passive skills. Nothing I found helps.
This is the one unpleasant thing about the build and it makes it kind of unenjoyable.
No idea how to work around it.

I looked into essence drain but to be honest I don't even know how that ability works, it last 0.7 seconds? A dot for that short amount of time? I don't get the point of it. But then when I cast it it stay on the monster for longer? I really don't get it.

TLDR: I can't find a way to kill buffed tier 15 bosses efficiently. HELP! or PATCH! ?

cooked up a crit poison chaos bolt bloodmage that uses decompose for map clear.
i'm only up to t15/16 maps but bosses are falling over decently.

I now see some light again.
I implemented one thing from a guy called "JoeManLuke". I don't know if he came up with it but I would've never come to that conclusion.
I always thought about implementing withering touch better but that solution is just god like. And it helps with bosses. A lot. Well, this was the first thing I copied. Everything else will still original and by me :D
