PlayStation 5: Map Exploration Resets

Started for me today aswell, after making a new character. Seems to bug all my characters now plus I cant join/leave chat groups, stuck in local and wont move to other tabs

Same issue here.

If I play with the same character on my SteamDeck, this issue doesn't occurs, but in PS5, it occurs every single time I use a portal.

Well, I can confirm this.

Tried with a 2023 game and doesn't work, tried again with Disgaea 5, a PS4 game, and it works.

I returned to a opened map that was reseted before, and, after loeaded Disgaea game, the map was saved as I leaved before.

Weird, but it works.

Happened to me this morning on PS5. Trying to reinstall but very frustrating.

I can also confirm that reinstalling the game has fixed the fog ow war reset issue. Will update if the fog of war issue presents itself again with a timeliness as well. 15 Jan 2025.

Same bug here, only since starting Cruel Difficulty.
