[POE2] Map crash on breach, loot gone

I have the same problem. I am very tired. Server crash every third rift. Map fail and inventory return.

This bug just happened to me as well,

I was crushing this T15 map with a lot of Breaches in it and on the 4th or 5th breach the game froze , then crashed and all loots were gone with a map failed

I JUST GOT ROLLED BACK A DIVINE ORB BECAUSE OF THIS BUG.

It took my map, reset the map, removed the exp I gained from the start of it, and took away the loot. WTF????

This bug happens so often for me i started teleporting to town before doing breaches if there's anything i want to save.

Mine just crashed and lost everything on a breach run.

had this happen not once, not twice, not even three times, but 5 times today in like 6 hours. Actually incredible.

I changed the triple buffering setting from OFF to ON and the freezing has disappeared. Is it set to OFF for everyone?

Happens to me so far in 1/4 breach. Game "freeze" and nothings is moving. After reset it roll backs, and im dead.

I even leveled down from lvl 90 to lvl 89 after the last death, should that even be possible? was it because or roll back?
