[POE2] Map crash on breach, loot gone

Keeps happening. Can't even run breach anymore. It's really sad.

3 crashes for me in breaches all on Jan 11th. Towards very end of breach then I come back dead and map gone.

Disabling loot filters fixed this for me.

Had 3 instace crashes in a row in breach encounters.
tried disabling loot filter (neversink Litefilter) and had no issues the last 2 encounters.

First T16+2 with multiple Breaches, crashed after opening second Breach. All loot lost.

11/01/25 Five crashes in breaches. Game freezes similarly as it does when you press ESC. Like it pauses and you can mouse over stuff, and tooltips work. You cannot do anything, chat does not work. And only way to solve this is to restart game. Every time all portals lost. Frustrating.

Wanted to post that I'm experiencing this on PS5, which has no Loot Filter ( ;_; ).

It is getting worse. I captured it on video at least, maybe that helps to identify the problem
