Banned for what?

acabei de ser banido pelo ip tambem nao entendi pelo que fui banido

Fui banido do nada, fui logar e recebi o pop up de que meu IP foi banido, joguei o game por um pouco mais de duas horas

Eu também acabei de ser banido, estava jogando mais cedo e fui entrar agora e diz que meu ip foi banido.

Hello, I went to log in to the game and an error message appeared on the login screen saying that my IP was banned.
I simply did nothing, I have no idea why
