I see this issue on all my characters but I'm well into the endgame. Doesn't seem to affect the game at all.

Same here and yes It affects endgame because you cant do Maps. The device request to finish storyline. So sad.

Fix for me : exit game (with controller connected) login with keyboard and mouse,talk to the hooded man,travel to act 2 appears. Relog,continue normal gaming with controller 👍🏻
