It's a good question. Menemist says they unlock at certain levels. I haven't found any information on which levels though, except the last at 90.

Thank you very much for your help. It helped a lot.There's not a word on YouTube about how to open sockets for this skill. I'll try to keep track of which levels they open at.

well pconc gunna be nerfed shortly for sure. puetoo made pconc crit build just 2 shots pinnacles. Was fun while it lasted.

For weapon skills, additional slots open up at 40, 65, 75, and 90, so the progression is likely the same for ascendancy skills. (Source: Reddit)

I personally think that it'll be nerfed yes, but still will be a solid skill, if GGG nerfs that build they'll nerf the upfront damage (the absurdly high projectile damage), we just gotta adapt to a more DoT oriented one, which it's what I've been trying last 2 days and is really viable with multiple Poison stacks.

Don't worry about the very forseeable future nerf that much, we still have PConc for a while. I hope so.

First of all, thanks to YOU for using my guide and being nice!

Second, a lot of people are saying this kind of things (in this post and in my Blood Mage guide) and my answer is always the same: I'd love to do Youtube but my schedule between work and university is just fucking my ass wide open, I miraculously have only ∼4 hours a day to stream (which I really like doing) so that's why I don't do YT. But if next year my job hires more people I WILL have more time and THEN I'll have time to do YT guides.

Hope you have fun playing this! It's a blast for me and made me appreciate DoT builds a lot more.

Hello Exile!

As it is for now, you can't increase the quality of your skills that are granted from passives/ascendancies (aka not skill gems). I still don't know when GGG will introduce a way to do it (and no one knows i believe).
