so the way i was able to progress this was to go back to act to and kill balbala and the green thing dropped

I have the same problem, got it 5 min ago.

I have found as fix. Just go to act 3 normal. then go into the portal to travel to cruel difficulty. done. worked for me. ok. so i missed killing azak'bog, i killed her, and now the quest changed from ascent to power to trialmaster's challenge

I had the same issue on 0.1, I would just ignore it as you can get your third and fourth ascendancies without the quest just fine.

I have the same issue. Act 2 Cruel completed, multiple coins dropped, but I still can't talk to Zarka

Love it that this is still not fixed after all these months :) I also don't have currency exchange despite already being in endgame. I think this quest being stuck prevented that I got the NPC with currency exchange. |
