High latency spikes in Path of Exile 2 - Need help

Yep, im done.
Every map 1-2 disco with same scenario - all okay, then at random moment lag spike at 18+k and disco.
And yes, trials ruined by this completely.

Better play other games, cuz this devs didnt do nothing to this problem.
Worst (and probably last) league start for me from time i've player poe 1.
